Rolle Villa

ARCOSSARRE Architecture SA, a Swiss architecture practice, asked us to create a 3D presentation of a villa in the commune of Rolle, on the shore of Lake Geneva. The architectural project had already received its building permit, and the presentation was needed to show a future buyer what the villa's interior could look like.

Location: Rolle, Vaud, Switzerland
Client: ARCOSSARRE Architecture SA
Scope: Interior Concept & 3D Presentation
Area: 1,500 m² villa, 6,000 m² plot
Year: 2025

The villa spans almost 1,500 square meters on a 6,000 square meter plot, with 5 bedrooms, an open kitchen, dining and lounge area of nearly 300 square meters, an exterior pool, an indoor pool, a basement spa and a gym.
