Malaga: A Coastal Hotel & Spa Complex

A future investor who had just acquired the site asked us to prepare a preliminary presentation ahead of construction: architectural plans, technical and economic indicators, and visualizations aligned with local planning regulations, so the project could be shared with partners and used to establish a preliminary implementation budget.

Location
Malaga, Spain
Scope
Preliminary Design, Feasibility & CGI
Year
2026

Located on Spain's Costa del Sol near Malaga, the hotel and spa complex sits between the marina, the beach and a landscaped park. Its compact footprint and planted roofs let the architecture merge naturally with the surrounding coastal landscape.
